Terms and Conditions

 MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

·      MOV (Minimum Order Value) for delivery is $2,000 per order

·      Free delivery service will be covered for HK Island & Kowloon area

·      $100 delivery fee will be charged for the New Territories area including: Kwai Tsing, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District (Fanling & Sheung Shui), Tai Po, Shatin, Ma On Shan, Sai Kung

·      No delivery service to: Ma Wan, Tung Chung, HK Airport, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, outlying islands such as Cheung Chau and Lamma Island

·      Order can be COLLECTED from our Chai Wan warehouse, without minimum order restriction. See below COLLECTING ORDER.

 OUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE

·      Weekdays only: During office hours 09:00 to 18:00

·      Please have someone to receive the order in a four hours delivery window

·      No delivery service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

·      Deliveries of Southern district, Mid-Level and the Peak inHong Kong Island are arranged 2 to 3 times a week

·      Deliveries of certain area of Kowloon including: Kowloon Tong, Wong Tai Shin, Kai Tak, Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong, Yau Tong and Tseung Kwan O are arranged 2 to 3 times a week

·      Deliveries of New Territories area are arranged 2 to 3 times a week

 

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT

·      For order confirmed and paid before 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday), we can normally arrange a delivery in one to working days. But it may take longer depending on the time of purchase confirmation, delivery destination and your payment status.  All delivery subject to confirmation by phone (25568268) or email (customerservice@topsy.com.hk

·      Customers are responsible to check all goods upon arrival and provide signature on the invoice. The signed invoice will serve as conclusive evidence of quantity of goods delivered. No claim will be accepted afterwards

·      Customers should ensure that a person is present during the agreed delivery time slot. If no one is present, we will send your order back to our warehouse for re-delivery appointment (additional delivery surcharge will apply). It is difficult to re-arrange delivery within the same day as we prefer not to alter our overall schedule. Phone confirmation will be conducted by our delivery team prior to the actual delivery

·      If you have special needs regarding your delivery, please ensure that you state them clearly when you place the order. We only accept deliveries to physical addresses of residential apartments or offices

·      We deliver to one location only for each order or purchase

·      When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, delivery services will be suspended. Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery

·      We are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer

·      Delivery complications due to human errors or accidents may happen resulting in cases such as breakage or incorrect items. In such extreme cases, we will follow up with customers on a best effort and timely basis

·      We reserve the right to amend all delivery and refund policies from time to time, as circumstances require with the spirit of providing best services. Thank you for your kind understanding

 

PAYMENT

·      Direct bank transfer is our only payment option

·      We don’t accept credit card payment nor other electronic payment

·      Payment has to be transferred and the fund has to be received at our bank account by 15:00 for next delivery day arrangement

 COLLECTING ORDER

·      Order can be collected from our Chai Wan warehouse, without minimum order restriction

·      Our warehouse is located on Fung Yip Street, Chaiwan; Office hours: 09:00-13:00 & 14:00-17:30 (Monday to Friday)

·      Upfront telephone or email appointment (2 hours in advance) must be made before order collection

·      No shopping bag is provided as most of our order are sold by original packing (case)

 REFUND POLICY 

We do not accept any form of refund or return
It is our guarantee to all customers that all products purchased are directly delivered from our warehouse instead of, for example, having been stored in an unknown location or another customer’s apartment for a period of time, possibly affecting product quality. As a result, we do not accept any form of refund or return. Customers who wish to have their purchase delivered to a third party location such as hotels, restaurants and clubs are strongly recommended to remind the third party recipient to take extra care of the goods, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and extreme fluctuations of temperatures.
