  • We will deliver your order normally within one working day but may take longer depending on the time of purchase confirmation, delivery destination and your delivery preference
  • Customers should ensure that a person is present during the agreed delivery time slot. If no one is present, we will send your goods back to our warehouse for re-delivery appointment. It is generally difficult to re-arrange delivery within the same day as we prefer not to alter our overall schedule, affecting other customers. Phone confirmation will be conducted by our delivery team prior to the actual delivery
  • If you have special needs regarding your delivery, please ensure that you state them clearly in the Special Delivery Instruction box before checkout. Generally speaking, we only accept deliveries to physical addresses of residential apartments or offices. For exceptional cases, please call us (see Contact Us page)
  • We deliver to one location only for each order or purchase
  • When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, delivery services will be suspended. Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time
  • Customers are responsible to check all goods upon arrival and provide signature on the delivery note. The signed delivery note will serve as conclusive evidence of quantity of goods delivered. No claim will be accepted afterwards
  • We are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer
  • Delivery complications due to human errors or accidents may happen resulting in cases such as breakage or incorrect items. In such extreme cases, our customer service department will follow up with customers on a best effort and timely basis

    • We reserve the right to amend all delivery and refund policies from time to time, as circumstances require with the spirit of providing best in class customer services. Thank you for your kind understanding

As an alternative, you can collect your goods from our Chai Wan warehouse during office hours.

Refund policy

We do not accept any form of refund or return

It is our guarantee to all customers that all products purchased are directly delivered from our warehouse instead of, for example, having been stored in an unknown location or another customer’s apartment for a period of time, possibly affecting product quality. As a result, we do not accept any form of refund or return. Customers who wish to have their purchase delivered to a third party location such as hotels, restaurants and clubs are strongly recommended to remind the third party recipient to take extra care of the goods, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and extreme fluctuations of temperatures.
